UNITED NATION AGENDA 2030
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the world's best plan to build a better world for people and our planet by 2030.
Adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, the SDGs are a call for action by
all countries (poor, rich and middle-income) to promote prosperity while protecting the environment.
They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and address a range of social needs including education, health, equality and job opportunities, while tackling climate change and working to preserve our ocean and forests.

12 Responsible Consumption and Production
Goal 12 focuses on ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns. This includes providing products and services without negatively impacting humans or the environment.
13 Climate action
The Global Goals agenda prioritizes the environment. This goal calls on world leaders to limit the effects of climate change. This goal also aims to help vulnerable countries adapt to climate change quickly.
14 Life Below Water
Oceans are a vital source of food and an important part of the environment. Because it’s such a valuable resource, the agenda aims to protect and conserve the health of our oceans and seas.
3 Good Health
Goal 3 seeks to ensure health and
well-being for all, at every stage of life.
The Goal addresses all major health priorities, including reproductive, maternal and child health; communicable, non-communicable and environmental diseases.
15 Life on Land
This goal focuses on promoting the sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems. This includes sustainably managing forests, combating desertification, and preventing land degradation and biodiversity loss.
6 Clean Water and Sanitation
Many people still don’t have access to clean water and sanitation services. This is both a health and environmental issue. Leaders have committed to improving access to water and sanitation for everyone.
